This project aims to develop an innovative concrete composite system for the safe and efficient storage of hydrogen. The efficiency and resilience of the system will be achieved by using high-performance concrete component, which is widely used in the construction industry for its mechanical performance, durability and affordability. Extensive material development and characterisation, prototype fabrication, storage system testing and advanced numerical modelling will be conducted in this project.
